Step 3 - In-Store Execution
Merchandisers complete the work exactly as specified, whether it’s an audit, reset, replenishment, secret shop, or verification visit. Tasks are performed within the agreed service window.
Step 4 - Photo-Verified Reporting
Every visit includes required, time-stamped photos and task confirmation. You see what was done, how it looked, and any issues that came up — no guesswork or vague summaries.
Step 5 - Review & Insights
You receive clean, easy-to-review results with photos, notes, and issue flags. Reporting is designed to be useful, not overwhelming, so you can act quickly.
Step 6 - Adjust and Scale
Retail is dynamic. You can update instructions, add or remove stores, change visit frequency, or scale coverage up or down as needs change.
